The problem
Clinicians needed a single interface to manage patient records, appointments, prescriptions and medical histories, in a domain where correctness is not negotiable.
What we built
Backend services in FastAPI and SQLAlchemy, with asynchronous Celery workflows for background processing such as batch imports and notifications. Full-stack features built with Next.js. Database schemas and migrations managed on PostgreSQL, with services containerised for consistent environments.
The result
A unified records platform, with end-to-end API test suites and continuous delivery on AWS.
