Our own product, designed and built end to end: QR check-in with no hardware, GST-compliant invoicing, WhatsApp reminders and live video classes inside the operator's own app.
Gyms, studios and personal trainers in India run on a notebook, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet. The software that exists mostly stops at a member list and a payment record, and check-in usually means buying turnstiles or card readers. The work that actually grows a gym (chasing enquiries, writing plans, showing members their progress, knowing whether the month made money) sits outside the system entirely.
A single application covering the whole operation rather than the member list alone. Check-in is a QR code scanned from any phone camera, so there is no hardware to buy. Fees handle cash, UPI, card and online through Razorpay, with GST invoices numbered in a gapless series that survives cancellations: a cancelled payment stops counting and moves the due date back, but the invoice stays on file so the numbering never has a hole in it. Reminders go over WhatsApp rather than SMS, automatically before a due date and never twice in one day. Live video classes run inside the operator's own app, with seat limits and attendance attached to real member records instead of shared meeting links. Workout and diet plans are written once and assigned to many, with macros totalled automatically. Staff get role-scoped access, members get a read-only app showing dues, plan, QR code and visit history, and every gym gets a public page whose prices are driven by the live membership rates, so it can never quote something the gym no longer offers. Built on React and Vite with Supabase behind it, and shipped as a progressive web app so the front desk keeps working when the connection drops.
A live product serving gyms, studios and independent trainers, with a trainer-specific account type that includes a public profile page. Entry pricing is Rs 1,499 a month with a 30-day free trial and no card required, and an operator can be running in under ten minutes with nothing to install and no hardware to buy.
